Consent to the Processing of Personal Data

By submitting a form on the mcq.agency website, I freely, of my own will and in my own interest, give my consent to Makvin KG LLC (Tax ID 00806202310228, address: 95a Lev Tolstoy St., apt. 3, Bishkek) to process my personal data: my name, phone number (WhatsApp), business sector and a description of my request.

Purpose of processing: to contact me about my request, discuss the project, prepare a proposal and conclude a contract.

Actions with the data: collection, recording, systematisation, storage, clarification, use and deletion, with or without automation.

Term: this consent is valid until the purpose of processing is achieved or until it is withdrawn. Consent can be withdrawn by writing to zhenyalym66@gmail.com. The data will then be deleted within a reasonable time, unless the law requires it to be kept longer.
