1. General provisions

This Policy describes how Makvin KG LLC (Tax ID 00806202310228, hereinafter the “Agency”) collects, uses and protects information about visitors to the mcq.agency website (hereinafter the “Website”). The Policy has been prepared in accordance with the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic “On Personal Information” No. 58 of 14.04.2008. By using the Website, you agree to this Policy.

2. What data we collect

• Data you provide in the request form: your name, phone number (WhatsApp), business sector and a description of your request.
• Technical data: IP address, browser and device type, pages you view. These are collected through cookies and web analytics services.

3. Why we use it

• To reply to your request and discuss the project.
• To prepare a commercial proposal and conclude a contract.
• To improve the Website and analyse traffic.

We do not send promotional mailings without your separate consent.

4. Transfer to third parties

We do not sell or transfer your data to third parties. Exceptions:

• services that keep the Website running (hosting, email, analytics), and only to the extent needed for their operation;
• cases provided for by the legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic.
